Quality of Life/Program Advocacy
The Quality of Life/Advocacy Program exists to...
- Conduct Qualify of Life reviews at group homes throughout Arizona
- Provide individual advocacy services to those in need
- Work closely with self-advocates to empower them to exercise their rights
- Work closely with DDD to improve the quality of life for individuals receiving DDD services

Person Centered Planning
Person Centered Planning is a service designed to...
- Identify an individual's strengths, skills, interests and needs
- Identify the individual's hopes and dreams
- Identify the supports needed to reach those hopes and dreams
- Think outside the box
- Be creative with service delivery
- Unite people toward a common goal
- Develop a plan and follow through with the plan
